UK Sales Lead

Territory: UK 

Reporting To: Sales Manager
Based In: Remote
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday
Salary: Commission on sales 

Drive Sales and Appointments: Exceed sales targets and secure appointments within your designated territory. 

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Provide outstanding service to all customers, aligning with Kit Miles’ reputation for luxury and craftsmanship. 

Cultivate Relationships and Generate Leads: Foster strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, designers, and other key influencers in the residential and commercial market. Employ a variety of lead generation tactics, including email, written outreach, calls, in person meetings and personal connections. 

Showcase Product Expertise: Become a product connoisseur for all Kit Miles collections, effectively communicating their unique features, benefits, availability, and lead times. Demonstrate best practices in selling the collection. 

Identify and Pursue Growth Opportunities: Seek out and develop new business opportunities that align with Kit Miles’ brand and drive commercial growth. 

Effectively Manage Sales Pipeline: Manage your sales pipeline to ensure all potential sales are converted, clients remain engaged, and sales leads are maximized. 

Collaborate and Report: Meet monthly with the Sales Manager to review goals, track progress, and collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies. 

Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed and up-to-date customer information in the designated CRM system. 

Invest in Professional Development: Participate in all applicable company training sessions and weekly staff/sales meetings. 

Foster Teamwork: Collaborate with internal showroom sales and customer service departments to deliver exceptional service to clients. 

Represent the Brand with Pride: As a Kit Miles ambassador, uphold the brand’s values and represent it professionally. 

Requirements 

  • Proven Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in sales, with a passion for driving results and a collaborative approach. 
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or related experience, and a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Independent Sales Rep in the A+D community. 
  • Deep Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of your assigned territory, including key players and industry trends. 
  • Effective Communication and Organization: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. 
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
  • Mobility: Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record. 
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to transport large suitcases containing selling tools, samples, etc., to clients within your assigned territory.

Part-Time Sales and Marketing Manager UK

Position Summary 

As a Part-Time Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding brand awareness for Kit Miles. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. 
  • Marketing Campaign Planning: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract new customers. 
  • Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support. 
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. 
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends. 
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Brand Representation: Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing channels. 

Qualifications and Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
