We are passionate about helping people rise. We believe in a world where everyone belongs. We reject all racism that stands in the way. We are working behind the scenes on grassroots programmes and initiatives to do our bit in making this world we all find so inspiring, a more diverse and inclusive place in which to live.
We are already very lucky to have a very diverse pool of people here at KITMILES, but we are aiming to do more through initiatives such as charity work with local communities and educational institutions. Every year we all give time and resources to helping marginalised people gain access to opportunities through design, both within the company and further afield.
Creativity knows no boundaries or barriers and it is within this spirit that we look into the future.
Our mission is to help people rise through design. And I believe we all thrive by listening, working together and learning from one another.
